At Dining our aim is provide fresh, tasty and quality meals to enjoy at home

Can delivery be arranged for a specific day?
Yes, you can specify a day/date in the comments section of the order and we will try our best to delivery on chosen day/date. Currently delivery is only between Tuesday to Friday

How is the food packed?
The meals are packed in microwavable containers, sealed to lock in freshness & taste

How will my food arrive?
Your order is packed in special insulated boxes with ice packs ensuring the food is kept at the required temperature and dispatched by overnight courier

What if I am not at home for the delivery?
The box will be left in a safe place, unfortunately as it is frozen food the package cannot be taken back by the courier. The insulated box means food stays chilled/frozen

Who do I contact if I have a problem with delivery or the order received?
Send email to info@diningeating.com and one of the team members will get back to you as soon as possible

When can I expect my delivery?
We aim to delivery within 2 working days of order being placed. Delivery is made by a national courier and you will receive notification on day of delivery with a time slot (if contact details have been provided)

Where do you deliver in UK?
Throughout UK, there some areas in Highlands and Ireland not covered. If address provided with order has any issues with delivery a member of the Dining team will be in touch

How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery is £4.99, this is added to your total at checkout. If your order is over £40, free delivery is offered and automatically removed during checkout

How do I find out about allergens?
Each item on the menu lists which of the 14 allergens are in the meal. Regarding nuts, even if meals do not contain nuts there is no guarantee of no nut trace. We are not in a nut free environment.

Are the meals halal?
All ingredients used in meals are halal. Meat and poultry suppliers have been verified by management for halal status

How should meals be warmed up?
Quickest option is microwave and no need to remove from containers. Further instructions specific to the meal can be found on the label. If you wish to not use a microwave or may not have one, see our blog on 'Alternative to Microwave'

Will other meal options be available?
Yes we are working on adding more options, additionally adding some speciality items and healthy options. Keep an eye on social media accounts for updates and once ready we will send notification of new meals

Do you have health focussed meal options?
We are working with experts on putting these meals together, they will be calorie and nutrition focussed allowing you to supplement a training plan or health plan

How to store meals?
All meals are to stored in the freezer. They can be heated up directly from frozen. If meals are defrosted, they cannot be re-frozen and should be eaten within 24 hours

Are you HMC certified?
We are not certified, however our suppliers do have HMC certificates

How long do meals last?
Each meal label will state a use by date and should be referred to. There is a minimum of 3 months. However some meals may be stored longer.

Are all your meals freshly cooked?
Yes all meals are cooked fresh and frozen. Each meal is blast frozen and sealed, this locks in the freshness and taste, so you can enjoy your meals

Do your meals have any preservatives or additiives?
No additional preservatives or additives are added to meals

What are your portion sizes?
Most meals have 2 portion sizes, portion for one or for two. Both portions are generous and you may find there is a little left over. In each meal description on the menu you will find an approx weight for the portions

Which cuisines do you offer?
Our meals cover a variety of cuisines, ranging from Indian, European, Middle eastern, with plenty more other options being worked on

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan meals?
Vegetarian options are available. We do not have any Vegan options

What is you hygiene rating?
Our local council has given us a hygiene rating of 5

When do I need to order by?
You can place your order any day of the week. We deliver only between Monday to Friday and aim to have your food delivered to you either next working day or 2nd working day

Can I order food to be delivered to a different address or a relative?
Yes this is possible, when placing order in the comments section add the delivery address and we will deliver there

What do I do If I have a complaint or need to speak with someone from Dining team?
Email info@diningeating.com with you query and a contact number, someone from the Dining team will contact you as soon as possible

Is the minimum value for orders?
There is minimum order value of £20
